''The feeling of solitude is something that every human being will have to through during their timeline, it is something that goes beyond having someone next to you, not everyone will stretch out their arms to help you. The world today is faster and everything is accelerated and everyone thinks about themselves and their own interests without realizing that the person standing right next to you is having a constant battle against themselves to live just one more day... We should all take a second and think about what life has to offer to each one of us... To witness a sunrise? To listen to your mothers voices calling you for a breakfast? Or just simply walking on the grass... It is most likely that most of us don't even realize and take this minute, and that is why we never see what is happening around us. This is because we would rather lock ourselves in what is our world of just ourselves and many times this takes us to believe that we are alone fighting against the world, and to think that the world is against us and all we can do is suffer.
Suffering is not something temporary, it is the feeling that many times it makes us open our eyes to the reality, or it blinds us completely without letting us see that there are people out there who do needs us. But exist peolple who want to be with you one more day, or just people that want to hear your voice through a telephone. Maybe stopping, loocking around you, and seeing how many people are right next to you is something that we should all do on a daily basis, it's something very hard and to taking it as a daily thing could even make us fall in 'positivism', but we all know that running away be ours just like our lungs, hearts and eyes. But giving thanks because you are not alone can help in dealing with the pain in a more peaceful way with our inner self.
Easing down the anxiousness of loocking ourselves in a personalized world, what if loocking the person beside you and simply saying 'hi' is enough? One word can change many things. Not even a word of hope but just a simple 'hi'. Maybe that's all it takes for that a person to stand up and keep battling their own inner battle. Because solitude makes you put your arms down and lose the fight.
There are other just like us, who have gone through these things. Who have battled with themselves for countless years and still do. It's a constant war between egoism, solitude and the hope to see the sun shine the next day.
We are all humans. We will ALWAYS fall, which is what will make us grow. When we are stuck in a hole and we can't find the way out, is when we have to take a look at ourselves and accept ourselves with vitues and defects. It is when we have to take a look around and see what God has put in front of us. That is when we have to take the stength to rise, and that strenght will be accompanied by hope, and more strenght to keep fighting.'' - J. Altmann
